The principle of operation of direct thermal printing consists in heating densely located special elements of the print head to a certain temperature, which allows creating dark marks in the places of contact with the paper medium.

The printing technology ensures the application of readable text, clear graphic images and coding of various formats under the most difficult working conditions. The disadvantage of the ZQ220 is that when it is stored for a long time, the inscription or picture printed by it loses its clarity and is weakly distinguishable.
